A video has been making the rounds on social media showing how some men of the Nigeria Police pouring water and teargas on the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, while making his way to the State House of Assembly Complex this morning.
In the video clip, a voice could be heard shouting, “You are pouring water on the governor of River State”.
Some group of people believed to be security opperatives tried to stop the governor from gaining access into the Rivers State House of Assembly complex.
The Rivers State House of Assembly was yesterday night set ablaze over the alleged move to impeach the State Governor.
It was gathered that some suspected arsonists threw an explosive into the complex around 9.30pm, causing a fire in the building.
